Force

  Force! Anyone love the feeling that force by someone? No one love it , am I right? This morning, that crazy boss suddenly proposed one scary game in briefing time... That game is sharing our own opinion about all colleagues, this can be count as team building... Boss say this game is easy to play, you just say out what you think, no body will force you to say...Listen carefully ya, boss say won't force at the first... When reached my turn, I say out all my bad... I'm ego, aggressive and no manner... After that all colleagues comment on me... When the time I made conclusion, my boss asked me what I wanna made for conclusion, I say my conclusion was nothing to say.. Boss started staring at me and say no matter what you also need to say something... Huh??? At first you are the people who say won't force us but now you forcing me pula.... Walao!!! See! This is why I said nothing to say because that boss are horrible, in front us say like boss won't care so much but actually boss are really care, only boss setting a trap to make us speak out truth... So scary, boss acting like that I just follow boss acting back...
